The Graduate Program in Bioenergy (Programa de Pós-Graduação em Bioenergia
- PPB) aims to contribute for the training of qualified human resources in order to intervene in the generation and transference of specific knowledge to society regarding the production, quality control, utilization, and management of the production chain, besides the proper use and evaluation of the impacts of biofuels and their co-products on the environment and society. Thus, the general objective of the course is to train qualified personnel in the area of Bioenergy, with an emphasis on Biofuels, in order to work in research and development and in higher education, from a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary perspective. It also aims at state, national and international development, within the scope of Mercosur countries.
